Penn State was the subject of several investigations by Craig Staudenmaier, a lawyer from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Staudenmaier is general counsel at Pennsylvnaia freedom of information coalition. Staudenmaier said that the work done by the Registrar and senior lawyers, paralegal charged by the hour and can add up to thousands of hours of work.
